Nina's wedding and her big secret
I have told many times, that many of the brides coming to my Atelier, eventually become great friends. I commonly keep in touch with most of them years after creating the dress for their big day, and many of these women came back to my Atelier later on, for many different occasions and searching for evening/guest dresses to attend new events.
However, However, the highest cost was for the planet. Only one of these wee wee pads takes approximately XNUMX years to decompose. Putting ourselves in the best of cases, a dog uses XNUMX pad daily for only XNUMX years of his life, so when he is a puppy and when he is elder he would use XNUMX soakers in total. If we take into account that only in Spain there are XNUMX million dogs, mostly of mini race, with greater tendency to use wee wee pads and assuming that at least XNUMX% use them, we are talking about a figure of XNUMX wee wee pads that are used daily. Tons and tons of waste are thrown daily to the planet so that our dog does not spoil our house. with some of these women, the chemistry crosses any barrier and any expectation and that's what happened to me with Nina, with which I had so much affinity, that he ended up inviting me to his wedding. Imagine the illusion that made me!
Now, Nina is not an ordinary woman and the dress she wore keeps a secret to be unveiled.
And is that Nina and her partner, when they traveled a few months before to Costa Rica on vacation, organized a secret wedding for them two in the middle of the jungle in a fantastic ecological resort. Don't you think it's the most romantic?
After your wedding, They decided to do it again with the family but this time in the middle of the field, in a beautiful farmhouse near Montserrat. When Nina came to my Atelier, He told me that he wanted to transform the dress he had worn in Costa Rica, to look like a completely different one.
We were considering thousands of options and in the end we get so excited that the only thing left of the original dress is part of the top. The result: a romantic, simple and elegant dress. In addition, to complete the look, Nina chose a tulle veil with pearls that brought volume and movement.
As an anecdote I have to say that Gregorio, his partner, was in the last tests with her, something that is not very common to see and with which more than one bride would put her hands to her head.
It's funny how little by little, generations that are getting married in recent years are gradually changing traditions and introducing small changes They reflect the new way of understanding love and marriage.
Not everyone who attended the wedding they did knew the story behind that dress and surely many would not understand the motivation of a secret celebration months before, but: Shouldn't love be reason enough to give everyone the freedom to celebrate in their own way?
