Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery times are 48 / 72h from purchase. * In high season periods (March-September) some orders may take up to 7 days. For urgent orders contact us: lp@lorenapanea.com

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is free.

STANDARD RETURNS

Buy online

Once the package is received at your address you have 15 days to make your return, in case you want to return it, you just have to send us the package with the garment together with the corresponding invoice to the following address:

At the moment we receive the return package, we will make the corresponding refund of the entire garment.

In the event that the product is returned in poor condition (stains, used, with some broken ...) the corresponding payment will not be made, it will be re-sent to the customer, assuming the corresponding shipping costs.

Returns of online purchases in countries outside the EUROPEAN UNION are not accepted.
Returns of accessories are not accepted: earrings, headdresses, bags ...

Buy in physical store

Once the purchase is made in a physical store, you have 15 days to return the garment or garments. If in the end you decide to return your purchase, you can exchange it for another item from the store or we can make you a voucher for the entire purchase. The voucher does not have an expiration date.

With no exceptions we refund the money.

Neither changes nor returns are allowed in personalized dresses, with arrangements or made to measure.
